Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Amar Tech Park in Pune, helping healthcare organizations optimize patient access through AI-powered workflows and flexible tools. You will manage and optimize Relatient's AWS infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and security for our SaaS platform.

Your Impact

• Manage, optimize, and support core AWS services including EC2, Lambda, VPC, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Cognito, Fargate, ECS, RDS, Route 53, and CloudFront.
• Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices with Terraform to improve consistency, scalability, and reliability across environments.
• Support daily operations using DevOps tools such as Nexus, GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health via CloudWatch, respond rapidly to incidents, apply security patches, and maintain a compliant infrastructure environment.
• Administer PostgreSQL and MySQL databases for data integrity and high availability; configure Nginx and Asterisk PBX for load balancing and VoIP services.
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, write automation scripts in Bash or Python, and document all configurations and procedures clearly.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience as a Platform/Infrastructure Engineer. A plus for healthcare SaaS environments on AWS. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps/Solutions Architect, Kubernetes, Azure Administrator, RHCE, VCP, CCNP, MCSE, or ITIL Foundation are highly valued.
