Infrastructure Engineer

We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, passionately focused on delivering creative improvements for our engineering teams. • Build and ship features daily in highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environments (including Bengaluru).
• Collaborate openly with experienced engineers, architects, product managers, and designers.
• Review code adhering to best practices: readability, testing patterns, documentation, reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor teammates through formal/informal knowledge sharing sessions.
• Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend services using tools like AWS, GAE, or Azure.
• Participate in Agile development: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo sessions.

• 1-3+ years experience building scalable backend applications (Entry to Mid-Level).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience crafting RESTful micro-services with high scalability and performance.
• Proficiency in modern OOP languages: Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, Python, etc.
• Fluency in one database technology (RDBMS like Oracle/Postgres or NoSQL like DynamoDB/Cassandra).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration.
• Broad knowledge of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and engineering discipline for quality software delivery.
