SAP Fioneer is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure & Data Security Engineer to join its cloud-native, hybrid endpoint environment team in Bengaluru, India. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about security, automation, and building scalable, resilient infrastructure within a fast-paced, agile setting. As a remote-first, global team member, your responsibilities will include securing cloud platforms, endpoints, and data pipelines, while facilitating rapid product development and deployment. You will collaborate across security functions, engineering, compliance, and IT to embed security into all system layers and workflows.

Advantages for this role include:

• Experience implementing and managing security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Knowledge of data protection strategies including discovery, encryption, tokenization, DRM, and exfiltration protection.
• Exposure to automating security controls and policy enforcement through scripting or orchestration.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security engineering or operations within an enterprise setting.
• Strong practical experience securing cloud-native environments.
• A demonstrated ability to manage endpoint security in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in implementing data security controls.
