IT Head – Infrastructure, Security & Operations

About Us:We are looking for a hands-on IT Leader to take complete ownership of our IT infrastructure and technology operations at our Chennai office.

Roles & Responsibilities:This is an executive role requiring someone who can take full ownership rather than simply coordinate with vendors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our entire IT environment:

• Core Infrastructure: Servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, internet infrastructure.
• Remote Access & Collaboration: RDP, VPN setup and administration, Microsoft 365 / email admin.
• Hardware & Software Management: Endpoint security, antivirus, patch management, IT asset tracking.
• Disaster Recovery: Backup solutions, UPS/power infrastructure planning.
• Security Systems: CCTV monitoring, biometric access control systems.
• Web Presence:
• User Lifecycle Management: User access controls, employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Vendor & Operations Oversight: Managing IT vendors, AMC contracts, service providers, and procurement/budgeting.
• Governance:
• Audits:Support for HIPAA / ISO-related IT control audits.
