About Us: Sapphire Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Security Administrator to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Role Overview:

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers.
• Handle access management across Active Directory/IDM systems, including service users, groups, shared mailboxes, VPN accounts, SharePoint setups, Salesforce attributes, and name changes.
• Maintain O365 environments by managing distribution lists (DIS) and mailbox settings.
• Serve as a key point of contact for security reviews, audits (including PWC), and aviation-specific certifications.
• Execute access right revocations based on audit findings.
• Allocate Microsoft O365 licenses and handle procurement requests.
• Create Excel-based reports for distribution list cross-checks and other review tasks.
• Provide out-of-hours on-call support for 5 specific systems across the organization's locations.
• Maintain awareness of organizational email announcements to initiate procedural changes (e.g., department transfers).
