Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter with proven expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse technology stacks. This role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent such as Network Engineers, Java/.NET/Python Developers, DevOps Experts (CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes), SAP Consultants, Oracle DBAs, and QA Automation Specialists into US-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding for contract, C2C, 1099, and W2 engagements. Ensure timely closure of roles while exceeding KPIs in submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and advanced Boolean/X-ray techniques to build robust pipelines for passive candidates in niche sectors like Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Automation. Develop creative strategies to improve hiring velocity.
• Technical Skill Validation: Conduct structured technical screenings using competency-based questionnaires, scorecards, GitHub reviews, coding assessments, and live problem-solving sessions. Partner with engineering leads to define competencies in architecture, troubleshooting, testing methodologies, and deployment practices. Differentiate genuine expertise from keyword stuffing.
• Candidate Experience & Coaching: Deliver a seamless candidate journey through role briefings, interview coaching on best practices (including STAR method), and timely feedback loops. Prepare candidates for US-specific technical interviews.
• Data Management & Compliance: Maintain pristine records in ATS platforms like CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or TrackerRMS. Generate weekly metrics reports and ensure strict adherence to US staffing regulations (W2/C2C/1099) and data privacy standards.
• Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner by providing insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability trends for Cloud/AI roles, and competitor activities. Manage strong relationships with hiring managers to align expectations on success criteria (e.g., Kubernetes proficiency, PL/SQL expertise).
