About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience managing end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels including job portals and employee referrals.
• Evaluating resumes based on technical skills in Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, etc.
• Conducting initial screenings to assess both technical aptitude and communication abilities.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
• Negotiating offers and ensuring positive experiences for all candidates involved in the process.

Requirements

This role requires strong understanding of IT technologies, hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed), excellent verbal/written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience recruiting for roles such as Data Engineering or DevOps is highly desirable.
