Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Voice, Network, Security, and Infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise voice, network, security, and infrastructure environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco CUBE, SIP, and VoIP environments.
- Support Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Phone, and Direct Routing solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex voice issues involving call routing, SIP signaling, connectivity, latency, jitter, packet loss, and voice quality.
- Analyze incidents and identify root causes rather than simply resolving symptoms.
