Role Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Analyst to lead critical support efforts for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) initiatives within a flexible hybrid work environment. Reporting directly to senior analysts and managers, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of data quality during system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• BOM & Documentation Support: Provide direct support to project leads regarding Bills of Material (BOM), parts inventory, and associated technical documentation.
• 
  Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand complex data needs and align them with overarching business objectives.
• 
  Data Integrity Assurance: Validate and verify multiple high-volume data loads into the PLM tool, ensuring zero-defect transitions.
• 
  Maintenance & Cleanup: Execute rigorous data clean-up and maintenance protocols in close collaboration with IT teams following strict ERP/PLM processes.
