About the Team: As part of Epsilon's Enterprise IT organization, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Transition Team. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end infrastructure services across cloud environments, operating systems, networks, and virtualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Support: Provide engineering support for Windows and Linux platforms to ensure secure, reliable operations.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead server lifecycle activities including onboarding, integration, migration, and decommissioning using automation to reduce risk.
- Automation & DevOps: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and reusable solutions. You will use tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, and AI-assisted engineering tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Cursor.
- Hybrid Cloud Solutions: Design and support hybrid-cloud environments to modernize legacy workloads for AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises settings. You will collaborate closely with Architecture, Security, Network, and Project Management teams to align technical solutions with business outcomes. Clear communication regarding project status, risks, and delivery is essential for success.
