Information Security & Control Analyst II - Pune

Ifintalent Global Private Limited is seeking an Information Security & Control Analyst II to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial in supporting and enhancing our information security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of information security controls across all IT systems, ensuring robust protection of company assets and data.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and actively participate in internal audits to verify compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster strong collaboration with IT and various business teams to champion adherence to established security policies and procedures across the organization.
• Proactively monitor, identify, and report security incidents, developing and recommending effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of security governance frameworks, ensuring a structured approach to security management.
• Ensure all security initiatives align with leading industry standards and best practices, including ISO 27001/27005, NIST, CIS Controls, and established IT risk management frameworks.
• Support and drive continuous improvement efforts in security monitoring, reporting processes, and overall control effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all security controls, conducted risk assessments, and audit findings.
