Information Security Analyst - Pune, India

Join Western Union as an Information Security Analyst in Pune, India. This role is critical in protecting customers by working within a global fintech company and a team passionate about preventing financial crime. The IAM (Identity Access Management) Support Analyst will provide primary L1/L2 support for Western Union's centralized access management platform. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, supporting internal customers, troubleshooting issues, and performing remediation tasks. The role requires a solid understanding of the Service Management Lifecycle, including incident and problem management. You will also monitor and maintain scheduled tasks, process access requests, conduct proactive health checks, and ensure system performance. As a primary point of contact for internal clients, partners, and administrators, providing excellent customer service is paramount.

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of professional experience in L1 or L2 technology support roles.
• 1+ years of experience with Sailpoint IIQ.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the Service Management Lifecycle, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of scheduled tasks, batch jobs, and scripts.
• Experience with proactive monitoring.
• Experience in creating and maintaining end-user documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of support and customer service workflows.
• Ability to track and follow up on tasks with minimal oversight.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience with process improvement and defect tracking.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Identity Access Management (IAM) related roles.
• Experience as an SME or Mentor within a support organization is a plus.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is desirable.
• PowerShell experience is required.
• Experience using Jira or similar tools.
• ITIL Service Management Certification is preferred.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management.
