Information Security Analyst

About the role: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Junior InfoSec Specialist to join our dynamic cybersecurity team in Mumbai and Delhi. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with completed Networking and Security certifications who are eager to launch their career in information security. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing security solutions.
• Engage in customer-facing activities such as Proof of Concept (PoC), implementation, and post-sale support.
• Support the deployment and configuration of security products.
• Analyze security alerts and collaborate with senior analysts on incident response.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and security updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Demonstrated customer obsession and a drive to build strong relationships.
• A strong curiosity for learning new technologies.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, VPN, HTTP/S).
• Familiarity with cloud services and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required for Zscaler engagements.

Added Advantage:

• Internship or project experience in cloud or network security.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, or endpoint security.
• Awareness of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or NIST.
