Information Security Analyst

We are seeking an Information Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Bengaluru. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals to develop foundational engineering capabilities within IAM platforms. You will support the configuration and enhancement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, such as SailPoint. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation and optimization of identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver workflows), and contributing to the development and maintenance of role-based access control (RBAC) models and access standards.

You will also support the engineering and administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments. A key part of this role involves assisting in the integration of enterprise applications with centralized authentication services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You will participate in IAM architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise security design standards and develop/maintain technical documentation for IAM configurations, workflows, and integration patterns. Furthermore, you will support reporting and validation of access governance controls to meet compliance and audit requirements.

This position encourages contributions to automation initiatives using scripting tools like PowerShell and involves assisting in the evaluation and testing of IAM platform enhancements and new capabilities. All other duties as assigned.

This position develops foundational engineering capability in IAM platform configuration, identity lifecycle automation, and secure access architecture aligned with enterprise security standards. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical discipline. While 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM engineering, IT infrastructure, or related technology roles is preferred, strong fresh graduates with relevant academic or project experience will be considered. A foundational understanding of IAM principles is essential, with basic familiarity with directory services like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and/or Active Directory being preferred. Awareness of identity governance concepts and IAM platforms is also advantageous. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) or demonstrated ability to learn automation technologies is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, along with effective written and verbal communication skills, are crucial for success in this role. Exposure to cloud identity concepts (Azure or AWS environments) and relevant entry-level certifications (Microsoft Identity, CompTIA Security+) are considered preferred qualifications.
