Information Security Analyst (Azure Sentinel) - Pune

RARR Technologies is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst with a strong focus on Azure Sentinel to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats across our clients' networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Level 1 Analyst with expertise in Azure Sentinel.
• Monitor networks of clients using our SIEM, ensuring infrastructure availability and recommending security posture improvements.
• Open and track security incidents based on suspicious alerts and logs, adhering to client intervention protocols.
• Compile and produce weekly vulnerability reports and required monthly security reports.
• Respond to support calls and incidents.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in IT or College degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency in modern network communication protocols (ICMP, IP, UDP, TCP, ARP, HTTP, HTTPS/SSL, SNMP, POP, etc.).
• Solid understanding of network security principles.
• Ability to analyze and assess vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Preferred certification: SC 200.
• Certifications such as CEH, GISF, Security+, SSCP are considered an asset.
• Experience with SIEM and incident handling is a plus.
