Roles and Responsibilities
Provide critical production support for Informatica ETL tools, ensuring high availability and rapid resolution of issues for our Hyderabad-based operations.
Engage with diverse teams to diagnose and fix technical challenges in data integration and migration processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Informatica workflows, configurations, and effective troubleshooting strategies.
Participate in an on-call rotation to offer 24x5 support for essential systems, maintaining business continuity.
Utilize advanced debugging techniques to resolve complex technical problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess 3-5 years of dedicated experience in a Production Support role, with a strong command of Informatica ETL tools, including IICS.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Exhibit proficiency in SAS programming or equivalent scripting languages such as Python.
Have practical experience with BDM/PC applications or comparable software solutions.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as B.Tech/B.E. (Bachelor of Technology / Engineering) or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications).
