Quest Global is seeking a skilled Industrial Service Engineer for a permanent role in Bengaluru, India. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and automated systems.
• Provide comprehensive on-site and remote technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration, inspections, and service activities.
• Develop and maintain essential Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation, including maintenance manuals, service procedures, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts lists.
• Contribute to reliability and maintainability analysis, spare parts forecasting, and life-cycle support planning.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to address recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train customers and end-users on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies during all service operations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, customer communication records, and comprehensive reporting documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in industrial service engineering, ILS support, maintenance engineering, or field service roles.
• Proficient technical understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, electro-mechanical equipment, or manufacturing systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals effectively.
• Hands-on expertise with tools and instruments for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Solid knowledge of ILS concepts, including reliability, maintainability, spares management, and service support planning.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industrial standards.
