Industrial Engineer

Alstom is seeking a full-time Services Project Industrialization Manager in New Delhi, India. This role is crucial for shaping industrial strategy, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain and quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality, and Warranty Teams to manage the industrialization process and enhance project performance.

Key responsibilities include implementing Alstom's industrial standards and methods, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production processes. You will propose and implement industrial strategies, develop make-or-buy analyses for QCD optimization, prepare CAPEX requests, and manage investment programs. Ensuring compliance with safety, EHS, and quality standards, setting industrial targets, managing performance improvement plans, leading continuous improvement initiatives, deploying lean manufacturing practices, developing the industrial team's skills, and delivering the industrial QCD budget are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate engineering degree with 5-8 years of industrial experience (preferably in railways) or a technical background with 8-10 years of production experience. Experience managing teams in maintenance or production, strong knowledge of industrialization tools, methods, and techniques, familiarity with Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems, proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fluency in local language and English, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a team-player mindset are required.
