Incident Response Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an Incident Response Analyst to lead efforts in responding to cyberattacks, network intrusions, and computer crimes across the entire incident lifecycle. In this role, you will execute critical response activities, drive root cause analysis, provide strategic follow-up recommendations, and play a vital part in safeguarding our company's data and infrastructure from evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security environments and act decisively on identified incidents.
• Adhere strictly to established incident response processes, procedures, and playbooks.
• Actively participate in tabletop exercises and training programs to enhance team readiness.
• Contribute detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs for historical analysis.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response toolkit tailored to current needs.
• Research emerging threats and recommend solutions that align with security standards while ensuring business continuity.
• Assist in the development of robust disaster recovery and contingency plans.
• Collaborate closely with the Threat and Vulnerability team using purple team methodologies, procedures, and exercises to simulate attacks against our own defenses.
