Full Job Description
Level AI is seeking a skilled Implementation Engineer to join their remote team. As a technical escalation point and subject matter expert, you will collaborate with Customer Delivery and Sales teams to demonstrate how the Level AI platform can be configured and integrated with client systems to achieve business objectives. You will gain a deep understanding of the Level AI platform's architecture and its integration capabilities with various systems.
Key Responsibilities include communicating Level AI's infrastructure and technology to diverse audiences, spearheading technical discussions with customers, developing tactical solutions for strategic clients, and creating proof-of-concept solutions in partnership with Sales Engineers and the engineering team. You will also manage technical configurations during onboarding, including telephony and data integrations (API and SFTP), and support the integration of telephony platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, and Five9. Additionally, you will manage secure SFTP file transfers, lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve technical issues. A deep understanding of AI-powered customer support solutions and effective communication of technical information are crucial.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in a hands-on technical role and 1+ year in development, integration engineering, or SaaS/cloud-hosted solutions. Strong technical background with API and cloud service experience, CRM integration experience (e.g., Salesforce), and the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. Excellent English communication, an entrepreneurial and problem-solving attitude, proficiency in Python and JavaScript, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn new software rapidly are required. Experience in Professional Services or Customer Delivery implementing Virtual Agents for Enterprise customers and experience with intent-based and generative AI are also beneficial. Candidates must be comfortable working during EST hours (3:30 AM IST).
Optional requirements include experience with Telephony Systems such as AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys.
