Implementation Engineer

Publicis Production is seeking a Brand Check Implementation Engineer to join our expanding team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This pivotal role supports global clients by implementing, configuring, and managing Brand Check, an AI-powered tool for brand compliance and governance integrated within our platform. Responsibilities include serving as the main technical liaison for client onboarding, configuring Brand Check workflows and rules based on brand guidelines, and collaborating with internal platform teams to align configurations with client automation and content review processes. You will conduct testing and QA with clients, provide ongoing operational support, and resolve issues. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Python scripts for brand rules, content validation, and API integrations, support data pipeline setup, and work with AI/engineering teams to enhance automation features. Troubleshooting deployment and performance issues, translating client brand standards into technical configurations, gathering client feedback for product enhancement, and delivering training are also key duties.

Required skills include strong Python proficiency (API calls, JSON manipulation, scripting automation), familiarity with REST APIs and cloud integrations, and a basic understanding of AI/ML workflows. Experience with content management or ad review tools is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 3-6 years of experience in software implementation or client solutions engineering, and experience in the marketing or creative production domain.
