- Implement and assist clients in implementing Bottle Lab Technologies platform products remotely.
- Train users on technology usage and help create user manuals.
- Interact with customers and clients daily/weekly via email, calls, or chat regarding various queries.
- Manage customer expectations on deliverables.
- Coordinate and work with clients on multiple levels, including decision-makers, site managers, and ground-level operation staff.
- Understand issues faced by customers across different provided solution platforms.
- Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information regarding solutions provided by Bottle Lab Technologies in their respective locations.
- Maintain ownership of customer issues until problem resolution.
- May be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales service to customers.
- Develop knowledge of products, customers, services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all customer queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues appropriately to the responsible personnel.
- Create documentation for reporting and client communications.
- Configure applications, detail and verify menus, ensuring optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Strong knowledge in JSON and expertise in troubleshooting & configuration.
- Stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
- A high degree of focus along with time management and planning skills.
- 2+ Years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficient in interpersonal skills, decision making, process adherence, collaboration, and leadership.
