Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Engineer (Data Migration Engineer) for our growing engineering team.

Role Overview:You will build scalable data pipelines, manage migration initiatives, and develop cloud-native solutions that power critical business functions. Collaborate across teams to drive technical decisions and ensure high-quality data integrity across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows.- Create reusable frameworks for ingesting highly variable schemas from legacy platforms.- Extract, transform, validate, and load large datasets with accuracy guarantees.- Build automation tooling to enhance processing efficiency and reliability.- Implement robust error handling, logging, and reconciliation reports.- Collaborate on data requirements and solutions across engineering and business teams.- Optimize workflows for performance and scalability using distributed systems.- Enforce data quality checks and governance best practices.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.- Strong Python proficiency for processing and automation.- Hands-on AWS expertise and cloud architecture knowledge.- Deep SQL mastery (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with query optimization skills.- Experience with data modelling, migration strategies, and quality frameworks.

Nice to Have:- Modern data warehouse/analytics platform experience - Workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.- AI/ML pipeline exposure or high-growth SaaS environment background.
