Implementation Developer

About This Role

We are seeking an Implementation Developer at our Hyderabad/Secunderabad office to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers and successful implementation of Extract Filer.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with project managers to understand client business processes, configure the software accordingly, and ensure efficient integration into our platform.
• Automation & Scripting (Python): Develop and maintain Python scripts using libraries like pandas, numpy, requests, selenium, and BeautifulSoup. Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality.
• Database Management (PostgreSQL): Design, develop, and optimize database queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation while maintaining strict data integrity.
• Tech Stack: Utilize AWS services including S3, EFS, SES, and Lambda. Manage projects using Jira or similar tools to track tasks and workflows effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Provide technical guidance during troubleshooting sessions.
  Documentation & Support: Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and customizations. Address customer change requests by analyzing impact and proposing suitable solutions.
