Job Overview:

As an Implementation Developer at Foundation AI, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients and the successful implementation of our flagship product, Extract Filer. You will collaborate closely with the implementation team, project managers, and clients to understand specific requirements and configure our system accordingly. Your technical proficiency in Python scripting, automation, PostgreSQL, AWS services, and Jira will be key to driving customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding New Customers: Partner with Project Managers to grasp customer needs and business processes, configuring the software to meet these requirements and ensure an efficient onboarding experience.
• Python Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance system capabilities. Identify and implement effective automation solutions.
• PostgreSQL: Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Customer Change Requests: Analyze, propose, and implement solutions for customer change requests within the software system, working collaboratively to meet client needs.
• Jira: Utilize Jira or similar project management tools for task tracking, issue management, and workflow oversight, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively with implementation teams, project managers, QA, and other stakeholders, providing technical guidance and participating actively in discussions.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase, providing timely support to customers and ensuring a positive experience.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and technical processes, including implementation procedures and best practices.

Skills and Tools:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Python Developer, with demonstrated expertise in Python scripting and automation.
• Strong command of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, requests, selenium, and beautiful-soup.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational database management, with a focus on data integrity and efficient querying.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, EFS, SES, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with Jira or comparable project management tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with APIs and integration techniques.
• Expertise in at least one major Python framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail for accurate configurations and customizations.
• Capacity to analyze customer requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for technical processes and solutions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of independent work and project ownership.
