Full Job Description
Visdum is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time role within the Customer Success & Delivery department places you at the crucial intersection of our clients and our product.
As an Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the Visdum platform. Your primary function will be to translate complex customer commission plans into automated workflows within our system. This involves working closely with customers to deeply understand their business processes, configuring their specific plans in Visdum, and ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customer onboarding initiatives.
- Gather and thoroughly understand requirements related to sales performance and commission structures.
- Utilize Visdum's proprietary configuration tools to translate customer commission plans into logical, rule-based systems.
- Develop and meticulously validate complex SQL queries to ensure accurate commission data calculations.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Design and generate executive-level dashboards and reports using our internal analytics tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows and improve the overall user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementation, business analysis, or operations, preferably within a SaaS or analytics-focused industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, with a preference for MySQL experience. Must be adept at handling complex queries and stored procedures.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong aptitude for analytical and mathematical reasoning.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly bridging technical and business perspectives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
