Full Job Description
Job Summary: Implementation Analysts play a crucial role in onboarding new clients onto Clearwater's sophisticated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and service model. This involves close collaboration with clients and internal Clearwater teams to meticulously assess requirements and develop customized solutions. These solutions are designed to precisely address client needs in areas such as accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate and demonstrate a profound understanding of Clearwater's core value proposition, effectively communicating its benefits to clients.
- Lead and manage the entire client onboarding process onto the Clearwater platform.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to Clearwater's clients, empowering them to efficiently utilize the platform's capabilities.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication regarding project status, issues, and potential risks.
- Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve customer issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Expertly manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide expert consultancy services to clients, ensuring alignment between their objectives and established project plans.
- Proactively identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Apply acquired skills, established procedures, and best practices to make sound decisions and successfully complete assigned tasks.
- Build trust through consistent delivery of accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to both written and verbal inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in understanding key financial concepts such as TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
- Intermediate technical proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and formatting.
- Familiarity with investment accounting policies and procedures is advantageous.
- Experience in securities or financial markets, particularly with derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income, is preferred.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Strong general computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
