Implementation Analyst

Athenahealth Technology Private Limited seeks an Integration Analyst to join its Ambulatory Integration Delivery team in Chennai, India. This role supports workflows and projects to enhance athenahealth's interoperability network. You will manage a substantial project queue for new interface builds and identify workflow inefficiencies. Responsibilities include daily data extraction, matching, and importing using predefined procedures and systems. Advanced Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills are essential.

The Ambulatory Integration Delivery team, part of Integration Services, bridges legacy data with Athena. As data import/migration experts with domain knowledge of database schemas and health records, we facilitate smooth data transfers. Working closely with Project Managers, we ensure the integrity and quality of legacy health data during the transition to Athena.

Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead project management and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with practices, vendors, clients, and Athena stakeholders regarding import status and timelines.
• Manage a high volume of projects and tasks amidst competing priorities.
• Develop a deep understanding of athenahealth's healthcare transactions and how inter-team workflows impact complex problem-solving.

Typical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or commerce preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the US healthcare sector, with proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and Excel.
• Proven experience in project management, client handling, and service delivery.
