Identity Management Automation Engineer

Rapsys Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Identity Management Automation Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implementation of IAM Processes: Develop and deploy comprehensive IAM workflows, define roles and permissions, and create automation scripts to streamline user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding.
• System Integration with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): Integrate new systems and applications into the existing MIM environment by configuring connectors, mapping attributes, and ensuring seamless data flow.
• End-to-End Monitoring: Design and implement monitoring solutions for the entire IAM landscape and processes to ensure optimal performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and address issues.
• Continuous Improvement of IAM Processes: Regularly assess and enhance current IAM processes to boost efficiency, strengthen security, and improve user experience. Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement necessary updates.
• Application & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the identity management application and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, appropriate resource allocation (right-sizing), optimal performance, and integration with central infrastructure services.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical and procedural issues within the identity management domain.

Candidate Profile:

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, an IT apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of identity management concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Essential familiarity with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) features and functionality.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, including AD structure, user/group management, authentication, and authorization.
• Ability to design user access control, user lifecycle, and provisioning processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Solid experience with SQL and relational database technologies.
• Ability to understand and modify existing code; experience with .NET (C#) is a plus.
