AI-Driven Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with a strong focus on AI/ML integration. This role is ideal for a candidate with practical, hands-on experience in building AI products, particularly those involving LLMs, Multi-Cloud Platforms (MCP), infrastructure, security, user experience (UX), and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-Driven IAM Workflows: Develop agentic workflows to automate critical identity use cases, including access requests, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) exceptions, access certifications, policy enforcement, and entitlement reviews.
• Intelligent Access & Risk Analysis: Leverage AI to analyze identity, entitlement, and activity data to provide intelligent recommendations for approvals, detect anomalies, and identify high-risk access patterns.
• IAM, PAM & ITSM Integration: Integrate AI agents with existing IAM tools, Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, and ServiceNow to orchestrate comprehensive identity operations.
• Human-in-the-Loop Governance: Implement robust guardrails to ensure AI handles routine tasks efficiently while sensitive IAM, PAM, and critical decisions require human oversight and approval.
• Workflow Optimization & Learning: Continuously enhance automation processes based on audit outcomes, incident trends, and operational feedback for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• AI Security, Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure all AI workflows adhere to stringent security, privacy, and compliance standards, particularly for identity and privileged access data within the organization.

About You:

You should possess familiarity with automation, workflows, and integrations using APIs, scripts, and connectors. Most importantly, you will have direct exposure to AI/ML, copilots, or agentic systems, demonstrating practical application rather than purely academic knowledge. The ideal candidate understands the components of an AI product and has a proven track record of taking AI initiatives from inception to successful implementation (0 to 1). This hybrid role in Bengaluru requires 2-7 years of experience.
