NVIDIA is seeking an HWQA Engineer passionate about driving quality improvements in exceptional products. In this essential role, you will collaborate with test and development teams to build high-quality solutions while developing domain expertise (SME) in SoC Hardware and Software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement comprehensive test cases and plans on Pre-Silicon(FPGA), Silicon engineering Chip validation platforms using Data Center Server OS/ARM Linux. This includes validating the platform’s components: OS Kernel, CPU, Memory, IO interfaces (C2C, USB, PCIe, Ethernet).
• Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to enhance verification processes and reliability in our testing pipelines.
• Leveraging LLM / Gen AI tools specifically for Stress and Stability testing scenarios.
• Create workloads and identify appropriate tools to validate new chip features and functionalities within the Bengaluru, Karnataka region or remote setups.
• Collaborate with Multi-functional teams like hardware ASIC, FPGA teams, SW development teams on new requirements, products, feature improvements of existing products, test plans and methods.
• Troubleshoot bugs effectively to provide resolution; play a key role in fixing complex issues across the stack.

What We Need To See:

• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunication.
• At least 3+ years of extensive Test development, execution/validation experience on pre-silicon and Silicon areas of Embedded/SoC (Android/Linux/WOA) platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows on Arm (WOA) and GPU validation. This includes test planning, execution, debug, and issue closure on SoC/platform bring-up processes.
• Solid understanding of SoC architecture, platform bring-up, IP-level validation (e.g., USB, display, GPU, LSIO), with the ability to debug issues across HW, FW, and SW layers.
• Practical knowledge of AI/LLM fundamentals applied to validation: test strategy development, log/trace analysis, triage, and tool creation.
• Proven ability to use GenAI tools to optimize test strategies, automate script/harness generation, and improve coverage/cycle time.
• Experience designing custom validation tools, frameworks, and automation infrastructure.
