Multi Recruit is actively seeking a dynamic Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition to join their team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in team leadership and management, combined with 6–10 years of comprehensive HR experience, emphasizing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Prior experience in a Lead HR or HR Generalist role is highly advantageous, as is proven expertise in managing and scaling teams within growing organizations (20–50 employees). Candidates with a background in recruitment or staffing firms will be strongly considered.
This is a hands-on leadership position offering end-to-end ownership of HR functions. The role will concentrate on driving internal hiring initiatives (40%) and leading HR operations and people practices (60%), with a focus on building a robust culture, engagement, and employee experience framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (40%):
- Oversee end-to-end internal hiring for critical departments including Recruitment teams, Sales/Business Development, HR & Accounts, MIS & Support functions, and Client Associate/Client Relations roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders on strategic hiring plans and team expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to enhance the quality of hire.
- Design and implement hiring strategies to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage and mentor 1-2 recruiters responsible for internal hiring.
- Monitor key hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire (TAT), offer conversion rates, and overall hiring efficiency.
HR Operations & People Practices (60%):
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure consistent implementation and compliance with HR policies.
- Develop and optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to enhance overall employee experience.
- Design and implement effective retention strategies.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive measures to address them.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and stability.
- Develop and implement KPI & KRA frameworks across all functions.
- Drive the goal-setting and performance review cycles.
- Support managers in cultivating accountability and a performance-driven culture.
- Lead and manage a team of 1-3 HR/TA Executives.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a balanced focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Prior experience in a Lead HR or HR Generalist role is preferred.
- Experience within recruitment or staffing firms is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and hiring for growing teams (20–50 employees).
- MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred.
