Ormmae Collective Private Limited seeks a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager for its Bengaluru, Karnataka, India location. This pivotal role involves leading all recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations, and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures to cultivate an engaging and supportive work environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing performance appraisals, developing and delivering training programs, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will play an active role in promoting an inclusive culture and contributing to the company's overarching strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in employee relations, organizational development, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention.
- Proficiency in performance management systems, employee evaluations, and implementing training & development programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and workplace regulations.
- Hands-on knowledge of ESI, PF, gratuity, payroll compliance, minimum wages, Shops & Establishments Act, employee contracts, leave policies, and statutory documentation.
- Familiarity with HR operations including attendance management, payroll coordination, exit formalities, disciplinary procedures, and compliance audits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage sensitive employee matters with discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
- Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR technology tools.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management, workplace ethics, and organizational culture building.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience managing HR functions within a startup, retail, hospitality, or rapidly growing organization is an added advantage.
