Human Resources Manager

Curated Living Solutions (CLSPL), a fast-growing hospitality and living solutions company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager/ Manager – Human Resources to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping the company's growing workforce and fostering a positive, cohesive work environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional to build HR systems and culture from the ground up, ideally with experience in a start-up or hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will excel in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing core HR functions including recruitment, engagement, policy design, and organization development. You will be instrumental in creating an inclusive culture for both full-time employees and on-site contracted staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Culture & Organizational Development: Define and embed company culture, values, and behaviors; drive engagement initiatives; champion employee experience, wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.
• Policy, Process & Governance: Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and SOPs; ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory rules; streamline HR processes for scalability and consistency.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with business leads on organizational structures, role clarity, and manpower planning; manage end-to-end recruitment; build relationships with recruitment partners; leverage data for HR strategy.
• Employee & Workforce Engagement: Integrate regular employees and contractor workforce; support leadership connect sessions and feedback mechanisms; coordinate onboarding and training to instill CLSPL's culture.
• Business Partnering & Performance: Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders; establish frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development; collaborate on productivity and manpower analytics.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 8-10 years of total HR experience for a Manager (with at least 3 years in management), or 10-12 years for a Senior Manager (with at least 5 years in management), with strong exposure to recruitment and employee engagement. Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or start-up environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with mixed workforce structures and inclusive cultures is a plus.
• Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Skills & Attributes: Strategic HR mindset with hands-on execution; strong recruitment and talent engagement skills; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities; data-aware with HR analytics capabilities; strong compliance and governance orientation; proven ability to build culture and institutionalize people practices from scratch.
