Human Resources Manager

JustBLR Group, a leading F&B operator in Bangalore, is seeking an energetic HR Manager to support its dynamic operations. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end HR functions for over 100 employees across hospitality, F&B, kitchen, and security departments. Responsibilities include overseeing daily attendance, maintaining grievance logs, managing recruitment trackers, ensuring SOP compliance through on-floor presence, handling payroll, PF/ESI/PT/TDS, labor audits, and license renewals. The HR Manager will also conduct performance reviews, manage conflict resolution, conduct exit interviews, and provide weekly HR dashboards to the Founder. A unique aspect of this role involves daily conversations with 10 staff members to foster a strong team connection.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience, with a preference for backgrounds in F&B, hospitality, hotels, or multi-outlet retail. Comfort working in a night-shift environment (3 PM - 11 PM) is essential. Strong skills in people management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance are required. Proficiency with technology, including HR AI tools and custom dashboards, is a significant advantage. We are looking for a candidate with a direct, honest, and no-fluff communication style, who is based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately.
