About the role: Kinship Foundation is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is pivotal in shaping our human capital strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives, managing the entire recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and company policies. A key focus will be on strategic talent acquisition, performance management, driving learning and development programs, and cultivating an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with demonstrable expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding. A solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices is essential. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills are a must. Experience in learning and development, performance management, and organizational development is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to provide strategic HR guidance, are expected. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree or a recognized HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) will be considered an advantage. Previous experience within the healthcare or professional training sectors is a plus.
