Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Bangalore, India

Reports To: HR Head
Role Overview: This dynamic role seamlessly blends strategic HR Business Partnering with comprehensive end-to-end Talent Acquisition responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to define and execute people strategies, oversee the employee lifecycle, and spearhead recruitment initiatives to attract and secure top-tier talent for Avo Automation in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with overarching organizational objectives.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively and empathetically.
- Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Champion employee engagement programs and develop strategies to enhance retention.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit management.
2. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand hiring needs and define precise job requirements.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and external agencies.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment processes.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
- Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire (TAT), Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in both HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
Preferred Tools/Systems:
- HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Darwinbox, SAP, Workday).
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
