Human Resources Lead

In this role, you will support management and associates across various HR functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a productive environment. You will be instrumental in promoting positive associate relations through effective communication and building a supportive work culture. This position offers opportunities to shape the company's perception and values by interacting with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm. Key responsibilities include reviewing applications, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and participating in community events to enhance hiring efforts. You will also be responsible for associate orientations, maintaining accurate associate records in the Human Capital Management system, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating training sessions on policies, development, and more. Supporting performance management processes, serving as a point of contact for associate inquiries, and assisting with conflict resolution and disciplinary issues are vital. You will partner with the Store Support Center HR and Store Manager on policies and initiatives, maintain up-to-date associate communications, and oversee the location’s safety program, including accident files and audits. Maintaining a strong code of ethics, high confidentiality, and professional communication with partners is essential. Daily tasks involve using general office equipment, and occasional evening and weekend work may be required. This role also includes overseeing monthly cash reporting, managing office and breakroom supplies, maintaining breakroom and training space standards, and participating in cross-training.
