Human Resources (HR) Manager in Vadodara - Mediaradar
Mediaradar is seeking a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team in Vadodara, India. As the primary HR partner for the India organization, you will be instrumental in supporting leaders, enhancing team effectiveness, and establishing robust people practices that fuel business expansion. Within our global, rapidly moving environment, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Leadership Partnership: Engage directly with leaders to address people and organizational challenges, fostering a supportive and effective work environment.
- Scalable HR Process Development: Design, build, and evolve HR processes that are scalable and adaptable to the needs of a growing organization.
- Day-to-Day HR Operations: Oversee and manage the daily HR delivery across all of India, ensuring seamless operations.
- Global Collaboration & Local Adaptation: Work in close collaboration with global HR teams while ensuring the India organization is strategically positioned for success, effectively balancing local requirements with global consistency.
- Ownership of HR for India: Serve as the main point of contact for all people-related matters within India, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality service throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Business Partnership Excellence: Cultivate strong relationships with managers, acting as a trusted advisor on team effectiveness, performance management, and critical organizational issues.
- Strategic People Planning: Translate overarching business priorities into practical, actionable HR plans that directly support growth objectives and operational execution.
- HR Operations Execution: Manage and execute across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, with a steadfast focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- People Leadership & Hands-on Execution: Lead a small HR team while maintaining a hands-on approach. This includes setting strategic direction, challenging existing work methods, driving accountability, and stepping in directly to ensure successful outcomes.
- Process Scalability Design: Architect and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that are aligned with and supportive of key business objectives.
- Compliance Governance: Ensure strict adherence to all Indian labor laws and statutory requirements, maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace.
- Culture and Engagement Initiatives: Champion and scale initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, fostering engagement, and reinforcing alignment with core company values.

- Ability to fluidly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Qualifications:
- Progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HRBP or strategic HR roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment practices.
- Prior experience working within a global organizational structure.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy design initiatives.
- Experience in effectively balancing HR operations with business partnership responsibilities.
