medmix is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive organizational success through impactful HR initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives and providing expert consultation on organizational development. The HRBP will collaborate closely with leadership to integrate HR strategy into business strategy, analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and policies, and present data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, processing employee documentation, coaching leadership on employee relations and talent management, championing the Employee Referral Bonus program, and acting as a liaison with Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation & Benefits. A strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA policies regarding patient protected health information (PHI) is also essential.
