🚀 We’re Hiring: Business HR Executive (BPHR) in Chennai! 📍 Location: Perungulathur, Chennai 🕒 Experience: 5-8 Years 🏢 Industry: BPO/IT Software Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives to enhance organizational morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular floor connects and employee interactions to foster open communication and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Handle grievance management and provide employee counseling to address concerns effectively.
- Organize engaging activities, meetings, and HR initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and company culture.
- Support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to motivate employees and reinforce positive behavior.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in HR or Employee Engagement, preferably in BPO/IT Software Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees.
- Ability to work comfortably in shift timings and connect with employees across various organizational levels.
