Qualifications:
- Higher education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational ICT or software organization.
- Proven experience managing a business unit with 500-800 employees.
- Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and local HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in talent management, data analysis, and HRIS proficiency.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
