Role Overview: HR Business Partner (India Software Design Center)

Qualifications:

• Higher education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational ICT or software organization.
• Proven experience managing a business unit with 500-800 employees.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and local HR best practices.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in talent management, data analysis, and HRIS proficiency.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
