Your role involves designing org structures, workforce planning, and performance management to support scalable teams in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You will partner with leaders to enhance team effectiveness, build succession pipelines, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. Key responsibilities include coaching managers, addressing employee relations, optimizing hiring and onboarding, and leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions. Your expertise in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and global collaboration will be pivotal in shaping Solifi’s people practices and ensuring a positive employee experience.
