Human Resource Manager

We are actively recruiting for a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Mohali (Industrial Area Phase 9) and Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Phase 4) for our night shift operations. This role requires a strong background in bulk hiring and experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, driving employee engagement initiatives, implementing strategies for attrition control, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. We are specifically seeking a female HR professional with 6-10 years of experience, particularly in high-volume recruitment environments. This is a full-time position.
