3SC is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in Pune to partner with HR Business Partners and HR Managers. This role is crucial for aligning the organization's human resources strategy with its overarching business goals, requiring a blend of HR expertise and business acumen to drive success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders and managers to understand strategic objectives and provide comprehensive HR support for their achievement.
Talent Management
Assist in all facets of talent acquisition, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Offer guidance on talent development and retention initiatives.
Employee Relations
Address employee relations issues by providing expert guidance, facilitating conflict resolution, and offering counseling to employees and managers. Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal cycle, encompassing goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted development plans.
HR Policies and Compliance
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Guarantee compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Data Analysis
Analyze HR data and key metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing HR programs and processes. Utilize data to identify trends and formulate effective solutions.
Training and Development
Help identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and champion employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement
Foster a positive work environment and boost employee engagement through various strategic initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
Benefits Administration
Assist in the comprehensive management of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Talent Acquisition
Spearhead the management and execution of the recruitment and staffing process to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates to meet its dynamic talent needs.
HR Projects
Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives, including organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to HR Business Partner roles or generalist functions.
- Profound knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to build robust relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
