Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

• Source and recruit specialized talent such as video editors, content creators, social media managers, and general marketing staff.
• Post compelling job listings across major platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and various social media channels.
• Conduct thorough resume screening and engaging interviews for creative and marketing positions.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications by assessing portfolios, video editing proficiencies, and social media expertise.
• Manage the comprehensive onboarding process and initial training for newly hired team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records and facilitate the coordination of performance reviews.

Marketing Understanding

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of video editing workflows and diverse content creation processes.
• Contribute to the evaluation of content quality and the analysis of social media performance metrics.
• Provide support to management in the strategic development and ongoing management of the marketing team.
• Assist in the coordination of content calendars and the execution of marketing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A solid background in Human Resources, Marketing, or Digital Media.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the creative or digital space.
• Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Familiarity with common video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
• Knowledge of current content creation best practices and trending viral social media concepts.
• The ability to critically evaluate creative portfolios and assess marketing talent.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience recruiting video editors or building marketing teams.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing principles and practices.
• Experience in developing content strategy and executing digital marketing campaigns.
