LawSikho is seeking a talented HTML Developer to join our Kolkata team, focusing on bringing document-based content and Figma designs to life as high-quality web pages. If you excel at translating content into well-structured, visually appealing, and responsive HTML/CSS, and can work independently with an eye for design, we want to hear from you. You'll ensure our web content is not only accurate but also engaging and accessible across all devices and browsers.

Responsibilities:

• Transform content from formats like Word and PDF into semantic, responsive HTML web pages.
• Translate Figma designs into accurate HTML/CSS code.
• Independently structure and organize content for optimal readability and visual appeal.
• Perform minor design adjustments to suit content needs without constant designer input.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, prioritizing a mobile-first approach.
• Manage and update existing web page content while maintaining design consistency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, writing clean and semantic code.
• Ability to interpret and implement Figma designs.
• Strong content organization skills for web pages.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap 4-5.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is valuable.

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in HTML/CSS development.
• Proven experience converting document content (Word, PDF) to web pages.
