HRIS Specialist

Overview

Axway is seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. This role is pivotal in designing, building, running, and maintaining reports crucial for processing HR data and supporting strategic business decisions. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate closely with HR and other departments to understand reporting needs, analyze data trends, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights.

This position is also open for candidates in Romania, Bulgaria, France, and other Axway locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports by gathering data from HRIS sources.
• Partner with various teams to develop insightful dashboards that align with and support business strategies.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, build and perform accuracy audits, identify discrepancies, and pinpoint trends to enhance data integrity.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Support stakeholders at corporate, country, and business levels by providing essential reports for legal requirements, RFPs, and annual reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including mandatory skills in Excel and Power BI; other tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a global work environment; fluent English is required, and French is a plus.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, autonomy, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, especially within a highly confidential setting.
