HR Tech Integrations Specialist - Oracle HCM
Peoplefy is seeking an experienced HR Tech Integrations Specialist to join our team in Pune City, Maharashtra, India. This role focuses on developing robust extracts that integrate seamlessly with Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle HCM integration technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop functional HR technology integrations using HCM tools.
- Create and manage Oracle HCM Extracts, leveraging knowledge of REST endpoints for efficient data retrieval.
- Develop Fast Formulas specifically for extract purposes.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for middleware and cloud-based integrations, ensuring smooth data flow and transformations.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Apply PL/SQL skills within OIC for data transformations.
- Work with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.
Mandatory Skills:
- Integration development using HCM tools.
- Cloud platform experience, specifically OCI (Oracle Integration Cloud Infrastructure).
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM integration technologies: HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.
