About the Role
We are seeking a motivated People Analytics Co-op to support data-driven talent planning and organizational effectiveness. You will build analytical models, develop AI-driven solutions, maintain dashboards, improve HR data quality, and deliver critical insights across human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical expertise in data science to lead prediction and forecasting workstreams within HR.
- Propose, test, and validate AI-driven analytical models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mine data proactively to generate practical talent insights for business growth.
- Consolidate reporting dashboards by migrating from Tableau to Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to recommend best-in-class people analytics solutions.
- Streamline workflows and implement technology-enabled innovations to optimize processes.
